How do the photo scanners work?
Pick what you want to check, follow the photo tips, then take or choose a photo. You check the photo before sending it. The scanner picks the closest match from our own list of plants, foods, breeds, symptoms or stool types, and the verdict and advice come from that list, not from the AI.
Can a tool replace a vet visit?
No. The tools help you decide how urgent something is and what to ask, but only a vet who examines your cat can diagnose and treat it.
Do you keep the photos I scan?
No. Photos are analyzed to identify the plant, food, cat or problem, then deleted. We never store them.
